Clownfish Alpha Supplemental Terms

By accessing the Clownfish Alpha model, you agree to the following additional terms, which supplement OpenRouter's Terms of Service:

1. Geographic Restriction

Access to this model is limited to users located in the United States. You may not access or use this model from outside the United States unless expressly authorized in writing. All terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of the model are applicable to other party with whom you may grant access; if you grant access to any third party, you must ensure that they agree to all such terms and conditions first.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this model or its outputs in connection with any of the following:

• Activities regulated under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR);
• Generation of content intended to incite or promote violence, abuse, or bodily harm against any person or group;
• Any use that violates applicable export control laws, sanctions (including U.S., EU, UK, and UN sanctions programs), or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

3. Restricted Inputs

You may not submit as input to this model:

• Personal data of children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction);
• Protected health information;
• Financial account information; or
• Other data subject to specific regulatory safeguarding requirements.

4. Model Integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to download, extract, or copy the model weights or architecture;
• Conduct safety evaluations, red-teaming, or adversarial testing of the model without prior written authorization;
• Exceed, circumvent, or bypass any rate limits, API call restrictions, or safety measures; or
• Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices associated with the model or its outputs.

5. Confidentiality of Performance Information

You may not publicly disclose, publish, or disseminate benchmarks, evaluations, or other technical performance information regarding this model without prior written consent.

6. Termination

Upon expiration or termination of your access to the model, you must immediately cease all use and destroy any stored copies of model outputs within your possession or control.

These terms are effective upon first use of the model and remain in force for the duration of access.
