Stealth Program End User License Agreement
Updated: July 6, 2026
Welcome to OpenRouter's Stealth Program. By accessing any Models listed on our Stealth Provider page(opens in new tab), you agree to the additional terms in this End User License Agreement ("EULA") as well as the OpenRouter Terms of Service(opens in new tab) ("Terms"). Any capitalized terms used herein but not defined will have their meanings in the Terms.
1. Stealth Program Overview
Some Model Providers offer Models anonymously through our Service free of charge for a limited period of time (such providers, "Stealth Providers", and such Models, "Stealth Models"), for purposes of collecting User Content for use in Stealth Model training and improvement. By accessing any Stealth Model, you (as an individual or entity, as applicable), your Authorized Users, and your customers (collectively, "you") understand and acknowledge that your User Content may be collected by us and shared with the Stealth Provider, and that OpenRouter will not disclose the name or origin of Stealth Providers to you. If you do not want your User Content to be provided to Stealth Providers for Stealth Model training, then you should refrain from accessing or using the Stealth Models.
By accessing or using any Stealth Model, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, permissions, consents, notices, and authorizations necessary to submit User Content to the Stealth Models and to permit OpenRouter and the applicable Stealth Provider to collect, use, disclose, retain, and process such User Content for the purposes described in this EULA, including Stealth Model training and improvement.
2. Access and Use
2a. Access
You may access and use Stealth Models as described in the Documentation and subject to your compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy included as Exhibit A ("AUP"), which is incorporated by reference.
2b. Availability
Stealth Models are made available on the Service for a limited time, as determined by each Stealth Provider and us. As such, we cannot guarantee availability of Stealth Models on an ongoing basis. You acknowledge and agree that any access to a Stealth Model will be limited in time and Stealth Models may be removed from our Stealth Program at any time upon request of the Stealth Provider or at OpenRouter's sole discretion, with or without notice to you.
2c. Inputs and Personal Data
To the extent you provide any personal data relating to yourself or a third party in an Input to a Stealth Model, you understand and acknowledge that such Input and all personal data contained therein will be provided to the Stealth Provider.
2d. Supplemental Terms
Some Stealth Providers may require additional terms as a condition to accessing the Stealth Models. These supplemental terms are available here and are incorporated herein by reference.
3. Payment
In consideration for the provision of your User Content for Stealth Model training and improvement, access to the Stealth Models is provided to you free of charge.
4. License to User Content for Model Training
By accessing and using the Stealth Models, you, on behalf of yourself, your entity, your Authorized Users, and your customers, hereby grant to OpenRouter a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to (i) copy, store, use, host, and distribute your User Content to operate, provide, and improve the Service, which includes the Stealth Program, and (ii) to distribute and sublicense your User Content solely to the Stealth Provider(s) of the Stealth Model(s) to which the User Content was submitted, or from which it was generated, for the sole purpose of enabling the Stealth Provider(s) to train, evaluate, and improve those Stealth Model(s); provided that Stealth Providers may not further sublicense or otherwise use User Content for any other purpose. For clarity, User Content provided to Stealth Providers will contain a hashed identifier, such that each individual user will not be identified or identifiable to the Stealth Provider, and OpenRouter will contractually prohibit Stealth Providers from attempting to re-identify individual users from such hashed identifiers or from the User Content itself.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Your access to Stealth Models is subject to your compliance with the AUP. OpenRouter retains the right to terminate or suspend your access to Stealth Models in the event of any breach or suspected breach of the AUP by you, or upon request by a Stealth Provider.
6. Applicability of the Terms
All other terms of the Terms continue to apply to your use of the Service and access to the Stealth Program.
